Our logo is our mission and our vision!

The river represents the Trinity. In the great commission, Jesus told us to immerse people (baptize them) in the name (character and nature) of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. In 2 Corinthians 13:14 Paul paraphrases the Trinity as the love of God, the grace of Jesus and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit.
We are called to be immersed and to immerse others in the love of the Father, the grace of Jesus and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit.
The river also represents the river of Ezekiel’s vision in Ezekiel 47. It flowed from the temple and everywhere it went it brought life. The river is the presence of God and the culture of heaven that He brings. Whatever it touches gets healed and transformed.
The house represents the people of God as a family. We believe that God is a good dad and Jesus, our older brother, Lord and Savior, died to adopt us into the family of God, making us sons and bringing us to glory. We do not run our church as a business. We run it like a family, in covenant with each other, knowing God as Father.
The water wheel represents the power that comes when we stay in the river. As we abide in Christ, we bear much fruit.

God named our church and gave us our logo long before we knew the second building in Fayetteville was a watermill, and long before we discovered this ancient Christian symbol of the wheel. Click on either picture above to watch a video about the connection between the wheel and the fish symbol!
